Rome
- Stay in Trastevere, this Airbnb is great
- Eat breakfast at Le Levain around the corner
- Enjoy the view from Belvedere del Gianicolo
- Go underground at Basilica di San Clemente
- If you must have Roman pizza, try Da Baffetto
- If you’ve come to your senses, head out to Sbanco
- Cross the river through Isola Tiberina, maybe on a foggy night
Positano
- Get the jacuzzi room at Hotel Montemare, trust me
- Have lunch at La Cambusa
- Eat dessert at Buca di Bacco
- Eat dinner at Mediterraneo
- Ride the stunning coast to Amalfi
Napoli
- Stay at OVO in the historic center
- Have a snack at Spazio Nea
- Eat a Neapolitan pizza at Toto e Gino Sorbillo, Di Matteo, or Da Michele.
- Head to Pizzeria San Gennaro if you rather avoid the crowds.
- Eat dinner at Tandem Ragu
- Have a cocktail at Libreria Berisio
- Stop for pizza at Alleria on the way to Pompei
- Take a ferry to Capri for the day, eat lunch at Verginiello
Florence
- Eat a Neapolitan pizza at Da Michele
- Go to Siena for the day, eat a burrata with a view at Il Palio
Venice
- Stay in Dorsoduro, this apartment was lovely
- Wake up at sunrise and walk around Venice
- Have breakfast at Ciak
- Eat at Ristorante ai Barbacani
- Go for a daytrip to Burano
